Essential Experience for the Chef role:
* Creating exceptional breakfasts, lunchtime, and evening menus.
* At least 3 years’ previous experience in similar establishments.
* Has worked in a busy kitchen before as this café / restaurant will have a max of 52 covers at any given time.

Scheduled Hours of Work for the Chef:
* Rota for Weekdays, Evenings, and Weekends.
Job Duties & Responsibilities of the Chef:
* Preparation and cooking for Breakfast / Brunch, Lunches, and evening meals.
* Able to prepare fresh food, cook, and serve high-quality dishes.
* High-level presentation of meals essential.
* Keeping tight Hygiene and Cleanliness at all times.
* Great all-around knowledge of health and safety compliance.
* Maintaining workstations and keeping the kitchen tidy and in order.
* Portion and waste control of food supplies.
* Strong communication skills essential.
Certifications needed for the Chef role:
* Food Safety: Level 2 or higher certificate (Preferred)
