Channel Marketing Reporting Analyst

A global powerhouse in the social media industry is looking for a Channel Marketing Reporting Analyst to join their team on an initial 12 month contract – The role will be onboarded remotely before joining the team in London with flexibility to work from home.

Responsibilities

Support the EU Sales and Channel Marketing team in planning, executing and reporting on Channel Marketing campaigns and regional Opex investment
Support the Channel Marketing Lead to manage budget and forecast spend
Develop and implement weekly/monthly/quarterly planning and reporting process going deep into budget spend, performance and goals
Create campaign reports and analysis to drive consistency and measurement of KPIs
Collate data and retail insights to support the Regional Channel Marketing Managers and Sales Managers
Focus on process and continuous improvement of core projects through automation and process enhancementThe candidate will possess superior organisational skills with a focus on robust planning, reporting and coordination to help deliver effective Channel Marketing programmes. They will have a passion for evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions. The candidate will also have the ability to influence and communicate effectively cross-functionally to build requirements and ensure solutions meet business needs, in a fast-paced environment. The candidate will thrive in a team-oriented environment, working cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Operations, Product Management, Business Development.

Skills Required

A minimum of 2 years' experience in business analysis or a related field working within Consumer Electronics, IT or Telecommunications
Experience conducting analysis using proprietary and market data (e.g. revenue, product, market, industry, trends) to derive insights that drive strategic business decisions and ensure the smooth running of weekly, monthly and quarterly business rhythms
Clear understanding of the retail landscape in European markets and the tools to drive retail sales, industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape
Analytical skills and desire to set KPIs, test, measure and learn
Excellent planning, organisational, and time management skills
Experience utilising SQL, Tableau, and Excel to build analytical tools to scale insights, data pipelines to automate reporting and dashboards to support business needs
Able to express ideas with confidence and clarity and have well-practiced presentation skills
Flexible cross-functional team player comfortable with a fast-paced, often ambiguous, environment
BA/BS in Business, science or Marketing related field
5 years' experience in business analysis or a related field
Ability to manage intense workload with short timeframes
Strong negotiation and communication skills
