Cavity and Loft Installer
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £20800 – £45000/annum
Due to continued growth of my client I am looking to recruit a motivated, hard working experienced cavity wall insulation technician to be field based visiting customers’ homes across the Midlands and reporting daily to our Dudley offices.
We are looking for a team [2 man crew] or individuals and can look to pay PAYE or on a self employed basis
The work is within the Energy Efficiency sector, predominantly insulation for domestic clients & private landlords. Working with both the domestic paying market as well as government funding initiatives it is important that the candidate is versatile & can work to different parameters set for the relevant client.
To succeed you must have previous experience and be passionate about customer service and have a ‘can do’ attitude. You will be proficient with the relevant scheme and agrement provider requirements and maintain a high standard of work at all times.

Candidate Requirements
* Current full driving licence
* Thermabead Blowing Card
* A good working knowledge of the Insulation Industry
* CSCS card desirable
* Liaise with depot and customers to communicate any problems or delays in the programme of works
* Experience of complying with health and safety, adhere to company health and safety policies at all times
* Excellent customer service and communication skills
* Self-motivated and committed personality
* Ability to safely work in confined areas
* Complete paperwork provided as part of the Job Pack
* Ensure the installation work is carried out with care to ensure no damage to clients property
* Ensure a full Post-Installation check is carried out to ensure work meets the correct standard and is to the customers satisfaction
* Acceptance of working away when necessary according to business requirements
* Willingness to complete a DBS check before commencement of work
* Immediate start available for the right candidate
