Do you have experience of managing a small catering team ?

If so we have an opportunity for our established client based in Kettering.

Main Duties of the role will include –

Leading, Inspiring and managing a small team
Ensuring compliance with all Food and Hygiene regulations
Ensuring compliance with all allergen regulations
Menu creation and rotation
Preparation and serving of lunches (hot and cold) to staff and visitors
Working within budgetary targets
Ordering of food / beverages / consumables
The ideal candidate will have a Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate and experience in hospitality and catering
