Huntercombe Hospital Roehampton is safe and secure care environment for men and women whose mental health has rapidly declined. Our adult mental health hospital in London (SW15) specialises in the treatment and rehabilitation of adults experiencing a sudden mental health crisis and who pose a high risk to themselves or others. Many of our patients present with multiple difficulties and need immediate inpatient treatment in a safe setting. We provide a Psychiatric Intensive Care Service (PICU) for men and women as well as an acute service for men.
Catering Assistant
Full Time, 37.5 hours per week
11am to 7pm – 5 days per week
(Including weekends)
Salary: £8.91 per hour
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our team of Catering Assistants. We are looking for a motivated person who has experience in catering and the preparation, re-heating, cooking and serving of food and beverages.
The successful candidate will have experience of food presentation, storing food products, relevant record keeping, be patient focused, possess high food and safety standards, have excellent communication skills, have a flexible and adaptable approach and work well within a team. Ideally you will have worked in a patient environment and possess good inter-personal skills with patients and relatives. Catering experience is desirable but training will be given.
