C#/.NET DEVELOPER
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £35000 – £45000/annum
C#/.NET Developer required by my very busy client. Due to a major increase in workload my client is in need of an experienced C#/.Net developer. My client is part of a global organisation that is heavily involved in the Energy industry. They have a large product development team that they now need to grow as they have won a number of new and exciting projects. They want developers that want a career rather than just a job as its not often they go outside for new staff, they like to promote from within. Even though its been a tough year for most this firm has looked after its staff and has continued to grow.
* Experience of software development, with one or more of the following technologies: C#, .Net, SQL Server, Microsoft CRM, ASP.Net
* Proven experience of software development projects and a commitment to utilising development methodologies is essential
* Ability to provide software process improvements is essential
* Good problem solving techniques
* Good inter-personal skills
* Good understanding of the full development lifecycle, with detailed knowledge of at least one of the following; Analysis/Design, Software Engineering, Testing, Implementation
* Positive Attitude; someone who takes ownership and pride in their work and the product
* Excellent written and oral communication skills
* Working knowledge of the Energy Industry is desirable, but not essential
* Experience of Agile methodologies
Qualifications, Attributes & Experience
You must possess:
* 3 years experience in a software development position
* 3 years experience with Microsoft SQL Server, C#, ASP.Net (VB.NET desirable, but not essential)
