Our client, an international marketing services group seeks an ambitious and experienced Business Development Manager to join its sales team to identify and deliver new market opportunities and build long term supply relationships.
Working as a key part of a team delivering high added value, cost effective marketing services this role will combine challenge and substantial opportunity together with the benefits of working within a long established leading supplier of marketing services.
The transition in communication processes toward digital delivery have accelerated and has created substantial opportunities for sales professionals within the company with initiative and drive.

You will be actively involved in the development of new business streams within brand communications. Reporting to the Head of Sales, you will have the skills and ability, after on boarding and acclimatisation, to utilise all company resources to win large scale contracts across a broad industry base, ideally within a range of industries including but not limited to Financial Services/Retail/Automotive and Healthcare sectors.
You will be required to proactively analyse the market to identify opportunities and manage these from lead to close.
You will develop identified markets and opportunities, working with key stakeholders within the company, and build strong propositions to present and deliver to the target prospects.
The ability to present propositions and materials formally and informally, and at all levels of company structure is key to the role. Strong relationship building and negotiating skills are essential, together with tenacity and the ability to problem solve throughout all stages of sales delivery.
Team working is standard throughout the company, with support services providing a range of essential key sales delivery elements. You will both required to integrate with that team structure and benefit from this.
Most of all you must be highly sales target driven. and will have a well proven and evidenced track record in sales delivery.
