Business Development Executive needed for our fast-growing data management business based Stoke on Trent.
We are recruiting for an Business Development Executive, based at our Stoke-on-Trent head office, to help grow their customer base and support business development. This is a full-time role; however flexible working will be considered for the right candidate.
We are looking for someone with excellent relationship management experience someone who has determination, dedication and perseverance. You will develop relationships with professional customers.
Responsibilities:
Generate new enquiries with outbound telesales activity
Develop business relationships with existing and new customers
Communicate with customers by telephone, video call and in-person when required
Respond to and follow-up incoming enquiries
Generate quotations and proposals for potential customers
Accurately update CRM with all sales activity
Meeting sales and appointment setting targets
Identify new opportunities within existing accounts
Feedback learning and market information to colleagues
Skills & Experience:
B2B or B2C telesales experience is advantageous
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to build relationships over the telephone and video-calls
A good listener to ensure customer needs are understood
Self-motivator to maintain levels of activity
Attention to detail to accurately report activity in CRM
Computer literate – MS Office essential
Working hours:
Monday to Friday
38 hours per week between 9 a.m. – 5.00 p.m
Pay & Benefits:
£25 – £27k basic
Commission and bonus structure
28 days annual holiday, including Bank Holidays
Contributory Pension Scheme
