Job Type : Permanent, Full Time

Salary : £20000 – £25000/annum pension, negotiable, phone/ipad

Who we are looking for:

The ideal candidate will be a self-starter that brings organisational, customer service and communication skills to the table. Must be a highly motivated individual with experience and a passion for sales & marketing and connecting with future clients. You need to be able to have a good time and not take yourself too seriously, but also work hard, be personable in dealing with clients and build relationships on your own accord. Overall, must be friendly, fun & inspiring!

Skills:

Strong communication/people skills
Proficient in sales and hitting KPIs/targets
Excellent writing & language skills
Excellent time management
A general knowledge on social media/branding

Responsibilities:

Contacting prospective clients and introducing the portfolio of products
Generate leads and new business revenue and look to convert those leads into sales
Upselling where possible
Updating databases to ensure that all customer details are accurate
Completing administrative work as required
Working towards set targets and KPI's
Manage efforts in building online reviews and reputation
Become an advocate for the company in social media spaces and networking
Identify and research competitors to continually improve and develop company position in the market
Look after the companies own social media branding

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £20,000.00-£25,000.00 (DOE) – Negotiable

Bonus: Commission Structure, Company Phone/iPad, early finish on Fridays, weekly casual clothes, employee "perks" scheme, on-site café, purpose-built office, on-site free parking

Holidays: 25 days per annum (of which 3 days are to be used during Company shutdown between Christmas & New Year).
