Business Development Co-Ordinator
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £18000 – £20000/annum
We’re an international recruitment specialist trusted by some of the UK’s greatest brands. We are looking for a Business Development Co-ordinator to join our team based in Bolton.
As a Business Development Co-ordinator, you will be responsible for supporting our Business Development Team by researching new clients and contacts, creating effective digital marketing campaigns, whilst co-ordinating all the team’s activities to help them achieve their targets.
The successful applicant would preferably have at least 2 years administration experience gained in a sales focused environment.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Making calls to generate sales leads
* Research decision makers to discover opportunities
* Importing data into Hubspot (Sales CRM) and maintaining data integrity
* Co-ordinating all business development digital marketing campaigns
* Creating corporate presentations, proposals & terms of business
* Sending credit checks on prospective clients
* Management of business development team KPI’s and targets
* Managing and co-ordinating reports and stats
Key Skills
* Experience of making outbound calls
* Preferably 2 years as a sales administrator
* Have good spoken and written English with an excellent telephone manner
* Organised, highly motivated and passionate about sales
* Ability to work as part of a team and good at multitasking
* Prepared to go the extra mile
* Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
* Experience using HubSpot would be highly advantageous
