Senior Mechanical Design Engineer/Building Services Engineer
MMA Consulting Engineers is actively seeking to recruit a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer to join our expanding team. This role offers the option of remote working and/or at our head office in North County Dublin. Immediate start available.
The engineer will be fully familiar with building regulations and good engineering practice for residential and commercial projects. Required to lead projects with minimal intervention.
This person must be able to deal with clients and other design team members and to write specifications and reports.
Requirements:
* Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Building Services Engineering.
* Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
* Design of Mechanical Services for residential and commercial developments from concept to handover.
* Incorporation of innovative and sustainable designs to meet complex client requirements and building reservations.
* Experience of conducting an analysis of major industrial utility systems to identify cost effective energy efficiency improvements.
* Carry out mechanical services surveys of existing developments.
