JT Recruit are recruiting for an organised, experienced Branch Administrator to support the busy team at their Derby Head Office.

This is a great opportunity to develop your skills and learn new ones as 2 days are never the same in Branch. You will be required to use bespoke recruitment and accounting systems, so an eye for detail and accuracy is essential.

Payroll duties will include: – Creating new starters, providing our customers with weekly costings, and entering temporary workers hours on customers online portals.

Collating weekly timesheets and accurately inputting hours into the payroll database, processing weekly payroll, and creating invoices

Being first point of contact for customer and payroll queries

Branch duties will include: – General administration and call handling, supporting the Consultants with file creations and organising personnel files, scanning, reference, licence, right to work checks and dealing with general enquiries which come through.

You will need to demonstrate that you could manage your own workload, meet deadlines and meeting payroll deadlines is essential. Previous payroll / accounts / finance experience would be advantageous however an eye for detail and accuracy is essential.

This is a full-time role, (although part time hours would be considered), we are flexible on start and finish times as long as 5 days of the week and 35 hours are covered
