BMS Project Manager

Salary : £55000 – £65000/annum bonus and car package
Our clients are recruiting an experienced BMS Project Manager to join their existing team of experienced and dynamic Project Managers. The role itself would be mainly central London based with occasional visits to their west London based offices.

About the role of BMS Project Manager:
You would manage the full project lifecycle from inception to completion
Typically the projects you would be expect to manage would range from £500,000 to £1m in value.
You will be required to manage projects from cradle to grave from a financial standpoint
Be involved in the procurement of labour and materials
Scheduling and the management of the Installation and commissioning in addition working with a team of design, software and commissioning engineers to deliver the projects with the exact detail specified by the end user.
We are seeking a dynamic BMS Project Manager who can demonstrate great technical abilities, good customer facing skills and the ability to lead large BMS projects on various prestigious sites in London.
Applicants must have a BMS background ideally having expert knowledge of BMS systems or HVAC mechanical plant.
