Our client are a leading Acoustic design and technologu conultancy who specialise in bespoke commerical projects across the globe. They are looking for an experience BIM Technician to join their already successful design team,
Responsibilities
* Production of system related drawings in AutoCAD
* Building, Electrical & IT Works Required, Elevations, Sections, System Schematics, Rack
* Layout, Metalwork layouts and any other drawings as required.
* Assisting with technical handover for upcoming projects.
* Reviewing project documentation including submission of O&M / Quick Reference Guide / User Manual documentation.
* Updating project documentation to reflect “As Built Status”
* Updating drawing register as necessary.
* Assisting with archiving of project folders ensuring all information enclosed is current and accurate, as per the company’s quality management system.
* Assisting with the creation of new and maintenance of existing Design Integration templates as necessary.
Qualifications
* A good attitude and willingness to learn new skills and absorption of new knowledge.
* Experience of using Microsoft Windows and Office 365.
* Basic AutoCAD experience.
* Some Visio experience would be advantageous.
* Experience of working within a Technical/Design environment would be advantageous.
