Job Type : Permanent, Full Time

Salary : £50000 – £80000/annum

Key Responsibilities:
Assisting and managing the process of compiling and producing bids (PQQs and Tenders), presentations and
client proposals and related phases in order to win construction/refurbishment contracts
Creating high quality proposal documents including producing, co-ordinating and editing written content that is innovative, successful, accurate and meets diverse client, framework and project needs
Maintaining bid momentum, identifying opportunities, managing portals, securing resources and collating information
Developing effective relationships with internal stakeholders including operational, estimating and service teams, subcontractors and external clients
Compiling, updating and sharing records including a bid library, databases, action plans, win rate reports and corporate systems
Supporting the achievement of bid team targets and deadlines
Sharing market intelligence and best practice knowledge within the team and organisation.
Experience
 Previous experience within a Bid Writing/Coordination role
 Construction industry knowledge
 Social Housing Knowledge/Experience
