Salary: £9.50 – £11.68
The Barista training would be provided initially if limited past experience for 5 hours a day Mon-Fri for first 2 weeks, then the position will move to 37.5 hours a week, with rota shifts across the 7 days of the week, 8 hour shifts can be anytime from 7.00am – 7.00pm
The Ideal Barista candidate will have previous Barista experience of around 6 month and able to showcase exceptional customer service skills.
Daily duties Include;
* Prepare and serve hot and cold drinks such as coffee,tea and speciality beverages and foods
* Take direction from the Store Manager
* Clean and sanitise work areas, seating areas and utensils and equipment
* Describe menu items and suggest products to customers
* Serve customers and take orders
* Order, receive and distribute stock supplies
* Receive and process customer payments
* Open & close store when shift time prevails
The role is open to candidates with little to no experience. This will be reflected within the hourly rate
