At Cobra Coffee we take pride in our rapidly growing Starbucks franchise business. We care about the way we do business and are looking for Baristas to join our team with a passion for coffee who want to grow a career with us.
As a Starbucks Barista you will contribute to Starbucks’ success by providing legendary customer service to all customers by providing customers with prompt service, quality beverages and products, and maintaining a clean and comfortable store environment.
As the Barista, you can expect to be involved in:
* Discovering and responding to customer needs
* Providing quality beverages, whole bean and food products
* Providing product sampling and demonstrations to deliver the Starbucks Experience to customers
* Performing cleaning tasks to maintain a clean and organised workspace
* Assisting with new partner training
If you’ve worked in hospitality or customer service before then that’s great, but don’t worry if you haven’t as we’ll give you full training to become a Barista.
