The award winning Bertinet Bakery is looking for a Bakers and Pastry Assistants to join our team in our busy artisan bakery in Bath. This will be in all aspects of the role in order to ensure the production of high quality pastries and breads.

You will work with the Pastry Chefs and Head Bakers to ensure that the products prepared are of the required standard. To keep the designated areas clean and tidy and support in our cleaning routines. This is an opportunity to work at a high standard with the finest ingredients and produce viennoiserie, pastries, cakes and bread.

Working Monday-Saturday, any 5 days out of 6 days per week
