R.C.Moss have an exciting position in our upholstery department for a trainee position.We specialise in vintage vehicles and have a world class reputation for exceptional standards based upon traditional upholstery techniques. We expect to train the applicant fully and in the case of the skilled position expect candidates to be open minded about learning traditional techniques and new skills.
An exciting opportunity for an trainee upholsterer, skills will be learnt that are becoming extinct and will be of great use to an ambitious applicant. The applicant will be joining a team of restorers and upholsterers and will be expected to interact professionally with team members, office staff and sometimes customers.
The TRAINEE applicants will be expected to have some skills already and in particular be able to operate a sewing machine, training will be on the job shadowing expert upholsters for a period but will be expected to learn quickly through determination and developing skills.
We suggest that the applicant look at the travelling to & from work to ensure they will be happy with the daily commute.
