Audit Senior, Leatherhead – our client is a firm of Chartered Accountants who seek to appoint an ambitious, motivated Audit Senior to join their Surrey office.
Ideally you will be either ACA or ACCA Qualified and have a good general practice background looking to work with a recognised firm in the Surrey area.
The Role – you will be working with Owner Managed Businesses across a wide range of industries that are based mainly in the Surrey area with also a few in London without extensive travelling. This Audit Senior role which will encompass managing the audit process; managing junior members of staff; preparation of statutory accounts and controlling budgets. The role requires an ability to work alone and be part of a team.
The ability to communicate effectively with clients and staff at all levels is essential. You will ideally have experience of supervising junior staff. The Partners will consider candidates who currently work in a smaller independent firm who may only have a small amount of Audit experience and wish to develop this area or candidates coming from a larger firm who would like more autonomy as an Audit Senior.

The salary band of £42,000 – £47,000 has been set by Fletcher George as a guide and will depend on relevant PQ experience. A car driver will be required in order to attend meetings with Clients.
