We have an amazing Audio Publishing role available for a super organised candidate looking to move into the Audiobook industry! One of the world-leading publishers of audio-books and digital media is looking for a hard-working and very efficient Audio Publishing Coordinator to join their growing team. This role can be completely remote, or based in their offices in Berkshire.

This is a key role within the company and will be responsible for:

Managing all of the recording studios
Diary management, scheduling and overseeing the recording sessions
Chasing final manuscripts from publishers
Maintaining the production schedule
Managing the logistics and scheduling narrators
Data entry and general organisational duties
Inputting metadata
Invoicing
Working directly with narrators and authors

This role is really exciting and well suited to candidates who have experience working in PA or administration and possess real confidence in coordinating multiple teams and communicating with high-profile authors and narrators. You could be a Publicity/Publishing Assistant or an Agent's Assistant looking for your next challenge, but you could also come from outside of publishing and have a genuine interest for audiobooks.

You will have excellent attention to detail, diary management, Excel and communication skills, and be exceptionally organised. If this sounds like you, please do get in touch!
