Salary : £60000 – £70000/annum Package

Associate Director Building Surveyor required to work for a leading construction consultancy to be based in Manchester.

Working with an impressive and vast commercial client base this firm aims to progress careers and provide opportunities. Projects can range from £100,000 to £20 million in value covering a range of public and private sector clients. Due to sustained growth my client are now looking for a Chartered Associate Director Building Surveyor to be based from their office in Manchester

The Building Surveyor will be given a fantastic opportunity to work across all areas of Building Surveying including Design and Contract Administration, Project Management, Dilapidations, Technical Due Diligence/ Acquisition services, Party Wall / neighbourly matters, Condition Surveys and strategic life cycle appraisals. The Building Surveyor will also be client facing working predominately in the commercial sector managing a team of Surveyors.

The Building Surveyor must have a degree in Building Surveying and be a full member of the RICS. They must also have a ‘can do’ attitude towards their work, be a confident communicator and have experience working in a consultancy environment. The BS must have experience managing projects from start to sign off. The suitable candidate must also display a level of experience on the business development side of the role. Either, having the ability to generate new business or bring business with them.
