Assistant Site Manager required by reputable National House Builder to support a Site Manager on large bespoke new build houses in Huntingdon, Cambridge

Role: Assistant Site Manager
Location: Huntingdon, Cambridge
Overview: Our client is a leading house builder specialising in new build residential projects nationwide. We are currently recruiting for the Eastern region who typically under developments ranging from 80 units to 500 units for the private sale market. They have an outstanding reputation for delivering a high quality project on time and budget and their sites frequently win NHBC and design awards.
Position: They are currently build 190 new build houses in Huntingdon for which they require an Assistant Site Manager. You will be responsible for all site activities with an emphasis on internals and trades management, reporting to a Site Manager.
Individual: You will ideally but not necessarily come from a trade background and be seeking to join a company with a fantastic reputation, paying well.
Previous experience on new build residential projects is essential
