Assistant Quantity Surveyor– Twickenham – Residential Developer – £40,000 – £45,000 + Package and benefits
Henry Martin have just been instructed on behalf of an award-winning residential developer in their search for a driven and passionate Assistant Quantity Surveyor to work as part of the on-site commercial team.
Our client has a multitude of sites across London and the South East with planning guaranteed to build over 10,000 new homes. This is a fast-growing business that has a strong family feel environment and looks to promote staff, regardless of time served within the business.
The project is a £70m new build mixed-use development which will comprise of a mixture of RC frame and traditional build houses. The project once completed will have circa 360 units with commercial and retail units alongside a new college.
As the Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you will have previous experience working for a main contractor or developer, and can display drive and ambition to succeed in their career. You will have experience within procurement, sub-contractor package management, payments, Variations / change control and a good understanding of contract administration
