My client seeks an enthusiastic Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their team based in Covent Garden working on a large Refurbishment project assisting a Senior Quantity Surveyor.
My client requries someone who is looking for a real chance of progression working with an established business unit on projects range from £5 – 25m in size working in Central London for high profile clients.
My client has secured a number of new projects in 2021 and is looking to make some key placements througout the business, and ideally find individuals who wish to work for a future and become a real asset to the company.
Requirements for Job Role:
Basic knowledge of CVR's
Extensions of Time
Construction Techniques
Risk Management Awareness (desirable)
Site Experience
Desirable but not essential: – Degree or equivalent level in Quantity Surveying
Starting salary of £35 – 45,000 + Bonus + Healthcare + Pension + Full Benefits
