Salary : £24000 – £35000/annum

Our client is looking for an enthusiastic, hardworking individual to join their team and assist in the day to day run of their state-of-the-art Egg Packing Centre, based in North Yorkshire. You will need to demonstrate good organisational skills, good communication and basic IT skills (excel, word).
Key responsibilities include but not limited to:
Packaging – You will have full control of the product packaging ensuring that minimum stock levels are maintained, and supply issues highlighted at the earliest opportunity. Duties will also include placing orders, conducting stock takes and product quality checks.
Transport – Assisting the Transport Manager in running the Logistical Operations of the business. This will include service/Maintenance planning of the fleet; daily driver plans and general assistance in the day to day running of the operations.
Generic admin – Assist with the day to day running of the office using in house systems to aid with order forecasting and production planning.
Training – Conduct induction and technical training for members of staff and have responsibility for the Company Training Matrix.
Farm returns – Control the Farm returns using a specialised balancing software to cross check the goods received against the payment process.
Full training will be provided. The job role is split between the office and the factory floor and would be suited to someone who is comfortable working in both environments
