We are on the lookout for an experienced and passionate Assistant Manager to join an already established team at an Italian inspired restaurant in Walton-on-Thames. The role:
· Assist in managing schedules, stock and wastage levels
· Assis the General Manager with the recruitment and training of new employees
· Ensure the team consistently maintain standards and high levels of customer satisfaction
· Handle all guest inquiries in an appropriate and professional manner
· Motivating the team and giving constructive feedback
· Work with the General Manager to ensure staff members maximize all sales opportunities
