The role
To develop, maintain, and execute production and labour plans, providing required levels of resource and support to create a farming environment which is delivering high standards of agronomy and product quality efficiently. Develop and maintain systems for accurately recording the storage and usage of raw materials. Lead, coach and develop the Farm team so they are engaged, delivering goals and objectives.
The candidate
We are looking for someone who's first loves are horticulture, sustainability, and people. We are looking for an ambitious Assistant who wants to develop into a Farm Manager one day. We have a team of great people who will help you grow and support you on your journey. You will need to have some experience and knowledge of machinery, budgeting, and labour planning. Contribute to the formation of long-term plans, utilising industry best practice, and the budgeting process, play a leading role in the delivery of these plans so that the Farm's strategic vision can be achieved
