Senior Kitchen and Bedroom Sales Designer

KBBRecruitment is very pleased to be working with a bespoke family-owned Kitchen and Bedroom showroom that has been running for 20 years. Due to expansion, they are looking for a Senior Kitchen and Bedroom Sales Designer to work within their showroom in Stockton Heath/ Warrington.
The candidate will be working for a family run business that values its employees. They offer excellent career prospects for a professional experienced executive that can inspire its customers with outstanding kitchen, bedroom, and office furniture designs.
Role
As a Designer you will be responsible for the design and costing of kitchens and bedrooms to be installed into retail customers homes. Experience working with CAD packages is essential.
Role requirements
* Needs to have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role and a professional attitude along with excellent communication skills with customers and suppliers.
* Must be able to enjoy a challenging role in a fast-moving environment and be able to work on your own initiative to achieve deadlines.
* Must have the ability to effectively prioritise and execute tasks in a professional manner.
* Have the skills to design kitchens and bedrooms utilising the latest CAD software
* Experience in site surveying. A good communicator, face to face, zoom and over the phone.
* Manage showroom.
* Manage all onsite showroom employees and support their development and training
* Uphold our values with employees and customers to protect the brand
* Question and listen to customers’ needs and requirements. Allowing the team to help design an exciting and appropriate kitchen/ Bedroom solution.
* Organize and attend site surveys with fitters to review kitchen and bedroom designs, plans, and confirm all details are correct.
