I am currently on the lookout for an Architect to join a vibrant, award-winning Architectural Practice that is based in Leeds that employs over 20 members of staff. They design visually striking, but also highly functional architecture and provide a quality service to clients which is both personal and professional.

Over the years, this RIBA Chartered Practice has built such a reputation that is based on the quality of their completed buildings and the strength of their client relationships. They pride themselves in putting their client’s brief at the forefront of their Architectural vision and bring their skills, expertise, and integrity to ensure the cost-effectiveness and efficiency of outstanding designs and buildings.

As an Architect at this innovative practice, you will be working on a wide variety of residential projects – from luxury housing developments to high-rise residential schemes as well as being involved in retirement living schemes and bespoke one-off homes. AutoCAD experience is essential to this role, and Revit is beneficial.

Your job role will involve working on the conception and technical design and delivering construction drawings and tender packages, as well as the development and detailing of construction technology. You will also be expected to have the ability to manage projects from inception to completion – covering all RIBA stages.

The Position: Architect

* AutoCAD and some Revit experience.

* Conception and technical design.

* Deliver construction drawings and tender packages.

* Knowledge in all RIBA Stages.

* Able to manage projects from inception to completion.

* Detailing of construction technology.

The salary for this position is £30K – £40K (DOE).
