I am currently recruiting for an experienced Architectural Technologist to join an AJ100, award-winning Architectural Practice that is located in Worthing.

This Architectural practice has 3 offices based in the UK – Worthing, Bristol and London. They employ over 90 members of staff and due to their growing portfolio, they are on the lookout for an experienced, motivated, and ambitious Architectural Technologist that is eager to get stuck into a variety of residential and mixed-use projects.

Over the years, the RIBA Chartered Practice has built such a reputation that is based on the quality of their completed buildings and the strength of their client relationships.

This AJ100 Architectural Practice are experts within the residential sector and utilise AutoCAD and Revit as their main programmes, so having a previous working knowledge of these will be totally beneficial.

As an Architectural Technologist, you will be expected to prepare working drawings and have the ability to coordinate your work with others based upon the client’s brief, consented planning information and other consultants’ ideas. In addition to this, you will work alongside a Senior Technologist in order to benefit and enhance your knowledge on a range of medium-large scale mixed-use and residential projects.

The role: Architectural Technologist

* 3+ years UK experience post graduating/qualification

* Solid technical skills – preferably in residential and mixed-use projects

* Ability to utilise AutoCAD and Revit skills effectively

* Excellent understanding of Building Regulations, NHBC/LABC Warranty Guidance and Associated Housing Standards

* Demonstrate the ability to prepare strong detailed working drawing packages

* The capability of coordinating drawing packages in concurrence with other design consultants/teams.

The salary for this position is £25K – £32K (DOE)
