Artwork Graphic Design Administrator
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £20000 – £22000/annum
A printing specialist for personalised clothing established over 30 years, based in central Oxford; looking for an experienced graphic designer to produce artwork mock-up’s for orders before they go into production.
* A graphic design qualification Foundation/HND or Degree.
* Photoshop and Illustrator
* 2 years’ experience working in a commercial setting.
* A good eye for layout, proportions, and design.
* A problem-solving attitude.
* A self-managing style with good time management and a responsible attitude to working with deadlines.
* The ability to work in a small team with a robust sense of humour.
* A cheerful disposition under pressure.
Key Duties
* Using Photoshop and Illustrator to create PDF mock-ups.
* Correcting customers poor artwork using live trace or by redrawing.
* Undertaking minor design work to a customer’s brief.
* Printing out job forms and films to be sent into production.
* Liaising directly with customers to work through queries and provide creative solutions.
* A busy role with approx 15 mock-up’s a day.
