My client is an award-winning large format print production house based within Greater London / Surrey boarders. They currently have a vacancy for an experienced Studio Artworker / Pre-Press Operator to join their busy studio.
Responsibilities include:
Setting up files for large format digital printing and Vinyl Zund cutting.
Advising on large format digital printing processes.
Liaising directly with clients and partaking in elevation pitching.
Using Adobe Creative Suite Illustrator and Photoshop to amend and produce print ready files.
Using Onyx RIP Software to set Roll-to-Roll printers.
Minimum Requirements:
Must be a competent user of Adobe Creative Suite – Especially Illustrator and Photoshop.
Must have at least 2 years' experience within the large format Graphics Industry in a similar role artwork / pre-press role.
Excellent communicator and fluent in English as the role involves some client contact / getting proofs etc.
You must be competent with using ONYX RIP software.
Would be beneficial if you have some experience on roll to roll printers such as Mimaki, Epson, AGFA Mira etc..
Also desirable to have some experience of setting up cut files for CAD and router cut.
Be within a commutable distance to Kingston-Upon-Thames
