Senior Architectural Technician (Developer)

Salary : £50000 – £58000/annum
Brand-New opportunity for an experienced Architectural Technician to join a thriving business in Liverpool and undertake great responsibility whilst working on exciting, developer-led, Residential projects.
Typically the type of project you will encounter here falls within the Residential & Commercial sectors. This can range from new-build Student accommodation, Hotel to larger Urban regeneration schemes and the occasional bespoke, private dwelling. There is an experienced Design & Technical team already in place that have established a reputation as a true industry-leading group, it's within this team where our current vacancy falls.
We need an experienced or Senior Architectural Technician, 5 years post-qualification as an absolute minimum but the ideal candidate will likely be more in the 10+ years experience category. We need someone from either a Residential or Commercial background, ideally with REVIT & AutoCAD experience and excellent knowledge of UK building regs and construction methods.

Degree Qualification in Architecture, Architectural Technology or similar.
Minimum of 5 years previous experience working in an Architectural role (UK preferred).
Existing experience and knowledge of working in the Residential & Commercial sectors.
Knowledge of UK building Regs.
Effective communcation skills and ability to coordinate with fellow industry professionals.
REVIT experience is essential, as is AutoCAD.
On offer is a generous salary in the region of between £50,000-£58,000 per annum.
