Recruiting for a number of posts in both the Qualitative and Quantitative Research fields for a design agency that stands out from the crowd. They produce some of the best marketing and design promos for some of the world's bigger clients ranging from Food to fast cars and all the wonderful consumer stuff in between. Their research methodologies ensure that the information collated for their clients is relevant, practical, and delivers what is needed.

The focus for this role is to help their clients understand their current and prospective customers, their behaviors and to help explain business opportunities in which data provides.

As the successful candidate you will be part of a team responsible for creating, analyzing, and debriefing data from a range of sources, including surveys and primary customer research, digital channels and platforms, and operational and commercial information.

The role requires a level of experience working in market research or a related field, so we will be looking at candidates with a minimum of 5 years in an agency or hands-on client role.

The data you will be working with will be from a range of sources/platforms and whilst you will not always be required to work with this data in its raw format an appreciation of the variety of data sources

You will have strong interpersonal and communication skills and be passionate about your personal development and innovation within the field of quantitative research.

Your main day to day responsibilities will include:

Delivering compelling insights and recommendations from quantitative / Qualitative projects to creatively communicate value and opportunity to clients within their commercial context
Respond to queries from clients with accuracy and speed and clearly communicating recommended research design, insights, opportunities, and recommendations
Deliver ad-hoc analysis and reporting – explaining, troubleshooting, and resolving any queries to the stakeholders
Engage internal teams in the insight and analytics process and regularly share insight and recommendations to aid decision making
