Working within this Global company's internal creative agency as a Middleweight Designer, you will get involved with projects that will be seen around the world. Working in collaboration with the wider creative team that consists of UX and UI Designers, Senior Creative Leads, Immersive Designers (VR/AR/AI), 3D Designers, Full Stack Developers and all-round Designers, to create work that spans across branding, design and digital. This role can be based out of central Birmingham, Bristol or London as they have offices in all of those locations. Whilst remote-based until the Autumn, our client will then be doing blended working of 2-3 days onsite/remote. This is a permanent, full-time role offering a salary of £28K-33K.
The Role
You will work closely with other Designers and the Design Leads to collaborate on projects as well as being responsible for your own design projects. Much of this will be brand, design and layout based, across print and digital.
Our client does a Designer who has a broad skill base; perhaps you enjoy doing digital illustrations or have dabbled with motion, but at the core, you are a Designer who has a conceptual ability and you have a love of good, clean design.
You will be able to work on multiple projects and communicate and converse clearly with the internal team and external clients.
You are a conceptually strong Graphic Designer who has worked either in an agency or internal agency where you are used to working in a busy creative team, working on multiple projects at any one time.
You enjoy collaborating with other Creatives, but you can equally work under your own steam and enjoy adding value to creative discussions with clients. You have a portfolio that showcases your creative work, whether that be across print design, illustration, or digital design, you will be able to rationalise your ideas and present your work with ease.
