Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £32000 – £38000/annum
Conrad Consulting are offering a unique opportunity for a Planning Consultant to join a thriving Architectural & Planning consultancy near Knutsford, Cheshire.
This company have been in operation for over 10 years and have a wealth of experience that has seen them rise to become one of the most prominent names in the local Architectural & planning market. They have recently secured numerous projects that will keep their team busy for the years to come. For this reason they are looking for an additional hire; a competent and confident planning consultant to join the company and undertake a prominent role from the offset.
The company mainly work on projects situated within the Greenbelt including: Residential schemes, Barn conversions, Farm buildings and the occasional larger-scale Industrial scheme. They are incredibly passionate about their work and have developed an excellent reputation for delivering high-quality projects to a repeat client-base.
The successful candidate will be working alongside an established Architectural & planning team that offer an unlimited scope for individual progression.
Applicants should:
Have a minimum of 5 years practical experience.
Have previously worked either directly for a consultancy or on behalf of the council.
Have previously worked on Residential projects.
Be aware of challenges related to working in the Green-belt and the difficulties this presents.
Have an excellent attention to detail.
Be friendly sociable and comfortable liaising with clients.
