Their Manchester office forms part of a national Architectural hub with a particularly strong presence in the North of England. Their work is far-reaching, on a national-scale and is treated with great consideration to local communities they impact. Typically projects will be in the region of £1m-£15m total project value and will more often fall within the Education, Retirement living or Conservation sectors.This unique blend of sectors has allowed them to capture diverse clientèle and remain robust throughout the difficulties the past 2 years have presented to the construction industry.
Their Manchester office is around 15-20 members of staff. They offer a nice balance of office working and home-based working that allows for a generous work-life balance for all employees to benefit from. They use REVIT software to design and develop the majority of their schemes. It is important for new hires to demonstrate experience and expertise in REVIT, however there is some element of training provided.
As Senior Architectural Technologist within this business you will be thrust into an important role from the offset. You will be responsible for delivering large-scale projects, overseeing lesser experienced members of the Technical team and providing general technical support across the office.
