Recently Qualified Architect required to join a small Architectural studio in central MAnchester.
We are working alongside a busy Architectural practice with big ambitions for the future, to assist with recruiting an experienced individual to join the team. They are managed by an incredibly motivated and well-connected Director and have numerous interesting schemes in the pipeline for the coming year/18 months. In light of this, they are looking to strengthen the studio by hiring a similarly forward-thinking individual, preferably a Qualified Architect in the early stages od their career.
In joining this company there is significant room to develop. It is projected that within 1 or 2 years there will be scope to grow into a more managerial role and undertake greater responsibilities as a senior member of the design team. Much of the business development work within the practice is done by the Director, leaving room for various site-based and office responsibilities to be passed on to this new hire in due course.
We are looking for an Architect with anywhere up to 3 or 4 years post-qualification. A good, experienced Architectural Assistant candidate would be considered aslong as they are prepared to put the hard work in to develop their skills quickly in a fast-paced environment.
The office is in central Manchester a at present is home to around 5 members of staff. They work primarily within the Residential sector (medium/low-rise developments, townhouses, etc). The work is mostly in Manchester/Greater Manchester, with the occasional project in London. They use mainly AutoCAD & Microstation as their primarily design softwares however are open to candidates using REVIT or other tools to complete the work in the way they want.
