Junior Graphic Designer

Salary : £22000 – £27000/annum
We are seeking a Creative, Energetic, Junior Graphic Designer on behalf of our Buckinghamshire Based Client.
Our Interior design client specialise in the Hospitality Industry. They create beautiful, innovative, often exceptionally large-scale statement pieces that are the focal point of commercial developments, lobbies, hotels, cruise liners and palaces worldwide, whilst also offering an innovative and memorable core range of unique customisable products which complement their headline designs.
The successful candidate will work closely with colleagues to develop a new product brand and convey our client’s branding ethos through visual identity. The work will include the preparation of an identity document, presentations and brochures, website store building, product photoshop, and some adaptation of content for web and social media.
Candidates should be graduates or have 1-2 years’ graphic design experience with a passion and proven track record of producing creative digital design in a studio environment while being brand aligned.
Knowledge of product design & rendering is advantageous but not essential.
The right candidate will:
* Be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
* Have a good eye for design, detail and layout.
* Have a fundamental understanding of layout, colour and composition.
* Have excellent written and verbal communications skills including strong proofreading skills.
* Be self-motivated and proactive wanting to jump head-first into projects.
There is a lot of movement to grow as a designer with the art and design direction from the Director and Design Manager. The successful candidate will have the responsibility for some creative direction and design influence on the brand. Our client wants the personality of the Junior Graphic Designer to shine through their work. The successful candidate will broaden their skills in brand presentations, product layouts, website structure and identity.
Our client are offering a graduate package for the role. A driving license is preferable for this position as our Clients’ office are rurally located and are not near to a train station.
