Conrad Consulting are working alongside a well-established property consultancy who can boast an award-winning service within the built environment to source a highly capable CAD Technician to join their Architecture team in Suffolk.
The successful CAD Technician can expect to gain excellent exposure to a wide range of projects within a variety of sectors including Commercial, Industrial, Healthcare, Local Authority, Education, Leisure and Retail.
This is a great opportunity for an Architectural CAD Technician to join a highly reputable company with a successful track record in delivering notable architectural projects. You will be expected to provide design and drawn information input to building surveying and architectural projects using ArchiCAD software.
Architectural CAD Technician Requirements:
A degree in Architectural Technology or equivalent is highly desirable
CAD proficient
Two years' Architectural industry experience
Good problem-solving skills
A good knowledge of building construction and building regulations with an understanding of planning legislation and health and safety
Microsoft Office proficient
Knowledge of NBS building software desirable
