REQUIREMENTS
Essential
Ability to design engaging and effective interfaces for web, mobile and app platforms.
Proficient at designing creative concepts for digital marketing campaigns.
Must have a current portfolio displaying outstanding digital design
Sound understanding of fundamental UX & UI principles
To be aware of current and emerging digital design trends and innovation
Comfortable dealing with clients and articulating rationale of design solutions
Proficient in the Adobe Creative Cloud
Great communication and team-working skills
Excellent time management skills with ability to prioritise workload
Ability to work well on your own and within a team environment
3 years plus hands-on experience in a similar role
Desirable
Knowledge of the importance of web usability, accessibility & standards
A knowledge of new and emerging trends in web design
Experience of leading front-end frameworks such as Foundation & Bootstrap
Experience of brand development and graphic design for print
