3D CAD Technician

Do you have Revit or other 3D experience within the construction industry? If yes then this busy multi-disciplined design agency in the Halstead area specialising in interior design, space planning, surveying, branding, concept and product design will want to hear from you. They are looking for a 3D Cad Technician to work on both large and small projects.
Duties
Working either as a 3D Technician or within a team of Revit Technicians on a variety of large and small projects
Utilise Revit BIM / 3D software to produce and update existing drawings to a high standard within tight deadlines.
Sending and receiving data electronically
Supporting the rest of the architectural and design teams
Solve technical problems and advise the team on technical issues
Skills & Experience
Extensive experience in job running, technical detailing, construction detailing in 2D & 3D are ideal.
Highly experienced in Revit and BIM or similar
Advanced software knowledge of Revit and 2D / 3D AutoCAD ideal however will cross train
Experience of working on Large BIM Level 2 projects would be desirable.
Experience in modelling and draughting
Personable with good communication skills and a high level of spoken and written English
Able to work on initiative with a consultative approach
Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is preferred

Hours 8.30am – 5:00pm Monday to Friday with ½ hour lunch.
