Job Description

Role: Customer Service Advisor

Location: GRANGE MOOR, Wakefield, WF4 (WFH options available after 4 week training period)

Salary: OTE up to £22,184 p/a

Contract: Permanent position following a 12 week probation period

Working Hours: option a) 40 hours per week over 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day (weekdays 8:30am-5:30pm or 9am-6pm, weekend 10am-4pm)

b) Monday – Friday, 1:30pm – 10pm
c) Part time hours are available (between 16 and 28 hours)

Start date: Monday 4th October 2021

Venatu is excited to be working with one of the UK's largest online retailers for home furnishings based at Grange Moor in Wakefield. They are looking for an experienced Customer Service Advisors to join their rapidly-growing business specialising in Blinds on a temp to perm basis.

Main Duties

Working across several platforms – including email, live chats, responding to incoming calls from new and existing customers.
Updating customer records.
Responsible for answering all inbound calls from customers to answer any enquires they may have.
Resolving any issues that may arise.
Providing excellent customer service at all times.

Key Skills

The ability to multitask and prioritise activities to hit company goals.
Proven background of quality focus and achieving KPI targets.
Proficient at using a computer and has excellent keyboard skills.
Excellent work ethic and willingness to be flexible when needed.
You'll be working as part of a team within customer care, as well as key stakeholders across the business to resolve any patient queries through to resolution.
Ideally have 1 year Customer Service/Contact Centre experience
