Graphic Designer with good computer skills, required near Ashford, Kent.
Well established, financially secure, developing business, which has built up an enviable reputation for innovation, quality and impeccable customer service supplying the worldwide gaming industry with high technology products and systems.
With further development of the business they are now looking for a self-motivated broad skilled Graphic Designer with good IT technical skills to join the technical team and be part of the development of next generation gaming technology for the business.
You will be expected to work on Graphic Design, configuring / writing basic scripting and loading software onto PC's.
Key roles:
Producing graphics for casino table displays (static and animated, 2D and 3D)
Configuring Billboard software to display these graphics by way of a proprietary scripting language
Liaising with customers to design and troubleshoot the graphics on their table displays
Producing graphics for other company uses (digital and print), e.g. marketing material, R&D projects, customer support
The candidate must have:
Extensive proficiency with Photoshop
Proficiency with After Effects
Awareness of the principles of scripting languages, e.g. HTML
Excellent customer relations skills
The ability to work under pressure in order to meet strict deadlines
Experience with PC hardware and troubleshooting
The candidate will preferably have:
Experience with Adobe, Maya or other 3D software
Experience with Premiere, Illustrator and InDesign
Experience with photography
Degree or equivalent in Multi-media Technology & Design, or similar relevant subject
Experience – 2+ years
Location – office based, Bethersden
Standard – 39hr 8-16:30 / holidays / pension
