My client are a full service agency who provide Signage and Exhibitions to a variety of different industries and are looking for a Junior Sales Executive to join their expanding team! The ideal candidate needs to come from a Telesales / Business Development background and not be scared to pick up the phone!
In return, they will offer a lot of progression and development opportunities, for you to move your career into Field Sales / Account Management further down the line.
The position is developing new business opportunities and supporting the Field Sales teams in appointment setting, making outbound calls, and customer servicing some of their existing accounts.
The must haves
In order to be considered, you must have the following:
Experience in sales or working towards targets
A really positive can-do attitude and a passion for working in a goal-orientated environment
Have the ability to overcome rejections from customers
Have the ability to have great conversations and build rapport with existing and potential customers over the phone
