An Architectural Technician with solid AutoCAD capabilities is now required to join one of the UK's leading multi-disciplinary practices, to be based in their regional office in Birmingham. This is an excellent opportunity for you to develop in to a well rounded Architectural Technician in a varied and diverse environment.
The practice work in varied sectors with particular focus on Residential and Education schemes allowing you the opportunity to develop your skills in a myriad of interesting projects.
An Architectural Technician that has recently graduated from university, or has been working in the industry for up to 5 years would be ideal for this position. Immediate starts are available to successful candidates.
Skills and qualifications required for this position include the following:
Architectural Technology degree (at 2:1 grade or above) or equivalent qualification.
Software proficiency in AutoCAD & Revit (desirable)
A good understanding of the construction industry.
Excellent numeracy and communication skills – written and verbal.
Good eye for design and detailing.
In return, the successful Architectural Technician will receive a competitive salary and benefits package in the region of £22,000-£28,000 per annum.
