Architectural Technician
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary :
Working within a busy multi-disciplined design agency specialising in space planning, building and land surveying, planning applications, building control, branding, concept, product and interior design. Working on Retail projects you will meet with clients, carry out surveys and produce CAD drawings. If you have experience within an architectural practice or similar and are qualified to Part 2 then we want to hear from you.
Duties
Working on retail projects
Attending meetings with clients
Look after small team of technicians
Carry out site surveys
Produce proposals.
Liaise with councils and building regulation companies, shopping centres and landlords
Skills & Experience
AutoCAD and Adobe suite experience is essential
Qualified to RIBA Part 2
Pragmatic and with a strong contemporary design ethic.
Able to articulate and sketch to a high level.

Hours 8.30am – 5:00pm Monday to Friday with ½ hour lunch
