Technical Architect – Unique Projects

A medium-sized, multiple award-winning studio that boasts a beautiful portfolio of uniquely designed residential projects, from high-end multi-million-pound individual houses through to bespoke multi-unit developments (20-180 units), is seeking a technically strong Revit Architect.
This studio is offering a fantastic opportunity for an experienced architect to deliver beautiful, award-worthy projects throughout London at a variety of scale – with potential for international project exposure.
Architects with a well-rounded experience working from inception through to completion are highly desired, but the initial focus will be at technical design through to delivery stages.
An advanced Revit proficiency is critical for this role – applicants must demonstrate experience working in a 3D BIM environment.
You will be responsible for developing projects from RIBA Stages 3 + 4 through to practical completion, with support from a junior team.
A minimum of 3 years experience in a UK-based practice is essential. A portfolio showcasing complex and unique residential projects is highly desired.
The successful architect will have the flexibility to work from home on a split week, with 2-3 days in the office.
