Salary :

Exciting opportunity for a Cutting Manager with textiles and fabric experience. The ideal candidate will have at min 5 years' experience in a similar capacity within a cutting room/stores environment. You will have proven leadership skills as well as a structured and planned approach to all cutting room and Raw Material activities. The successful candidate will be required to review, implement and streamline workflow through SOP to ensure the department is efficient and effective.

Description

The job role includes:

Manage both Cutting / Stores teams workloads' and related functions.
Ability to lead, support, train and develop teams and day to day HR requirements.
Supporting Grading / REP sampling process functions.
Marker Planning and efficiency, recording fabric consumption and reconciliation.
Fabric reconciliations / monthly cycle checks and all stores related functions.
Interface with Purchasing and Design Departments.
Label printing for Development Sample and supporting our global partners where required.
Work with Senior management to implement process and output targets.
Produce weekly/Monthly efficiency reports / KPI's; cutting performance and stock accuracy.
Supporting our Tunisian Cutting and Manufacturing sites.
Placement/Directional meetings with Design and Technical Depts.
Project Managing and supporting Strategic initiatives such as new technology.
Forecasting, Quarterly and Annual Budgeting of department consumables.

Profile

The ideal candidate would have the following attributes:

Sound knowledge and working experience of Lectra operations, fabric spreading, pattern software.
Knowledge of inventory systems such as ERP / SAP.
Knowledgeable in all forms of fabric cutting from hand to latest technology.
Sound knowledge of Lingerie and Swimwear fabrics such as Lace, Embroidery and Elastomeric.
Ability to prioritise and plan daily / weekly plans.
Strong People management, Team working/ problem solving and service orientated.
Excellent communication, prioritisation and organisational skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines effectively.
Proficient in MS Office.Job Offer
